We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Segal Waters Consulting team in the Washington, DC office. The Marketing Coordinator serves internal clients in a highly visible role interacting directly with Segal colleagues from across all markets (multiemployer, public sector and corporate) and other professionals to meet proposal/competitive bidding and other marketing needs. The coordinator will work both independently and as part of a team to manage the various aspects of the proposal process that includes writing and collaborating on new business proposals and presentations, scheduling and facilitating team strategy meetings related to proposal development, and determining process improvements to ensure high quality deliverables.

The qualified individual will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English or other related discipline; ability to demonstrate excellent writing, proofing and editing skills; proficiency in project and time management; and strong command of MS Office applications, specifically, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment is critical. Clear and concise verbal communication skills, diplomatic interpersonal skills, and ability to attend to detail while handling a high volume of work are also key required skills. High energy but also tact and poise are important qualities. Writing samples will be required during initial phases of the interview process.
