We have learned that some people who are not associated with Segal are making fake offers of employment using our company name. We believe it is part of a scheme to steal money from those targeted.
We do not extend offers of employment without the applicant first undergoing in-person interviews with Segal employees at one of our offices. Further, an offer of employment, if made, is communicated only by an authorized Segal employee, whom you will already know as a result of the interview process.
Should you have questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. We greatly appreciate your interest in Segal.
Whether you are applying for a consulting-track position or an internal support-oriented role, Segal seeks individuals who possess excellent critical thinking, problem solving, listening and communicating skills.
At Segal, we are committed to a culture of diversity and inclusiveness, as demonstrated through our recruitment, retention and employee development programs. We maintain an environment that respects and builds on the assets and talents of each person, valuing their differences. We also engage in good faith efforts to maintain an environment free from discrimination and harassment in strict compliance with applicable laws, and consider all qualified candidates for employment without regard to their race/ethnicity, national origin, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability or medical condition, protected veteran or military status, criminal record history, marital status, or status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. We also engage in affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified women, minorities, disabled individuals and protected veterans. Maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce is a win/win, and provides Segal with the opportunity to leverage our top talent to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
It is the policy of The Segal Group, Inc. to solicit qualified candidates for its open positions only through targeted advertising and selection efforts undertaken by our Human Resources Department representatives or other authorized employees of the Company. Offers of employment may not occur without the candidate first undergoing a combination of phone and in-person interviews with representatives of the Company. An offer of employment may only be extended by an authorized employee of the Company. If you have been contacted by a third party claiming to represent The Segal Group, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries, and have been extended an offer of employment without our protocols having been followed as described above, either ignore the overture and/or contact Patrick Knuff, VP Staffing by e-mail at email@example.com to advise our Company of the contact.
